Returns and Refunds

At Badan Body, we want you to be happy with each and every purchase. However, in the rare case you're not, exchanges and returns are super easy. Any product or gift that you're not satisfied with—for whatever reason, we will gladly accept as a return, and would love the opportunity to help you find something that will delight, inspire and wow you. But if you'd prefer a refund, no problem: ship the product back to us, after contacting Customer Care for a return authorization. Please remember that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization through Customer Care. So make sure you send an email to support@badanbody.com or live chat with us first. Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges will not cover or include the cost of return shipping.

​The original payment method will be credited back for your return. If you paid with a gift card, you will receive a refund to a gift card.​

Please contact Customer Care to process your return for items purchased online or by phone. 

Purchases made with PayPal

For items purchased online through PayPal, please contact Customer Care.

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Did you receive the wrong item by mistake? Please contact Customer Care immediately. If the correct item is currently in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, has been discontinued and/or is a seasonal or limited-edition product, we will be happy to issue a full refund for the purchase price instead

Can I return my product if it arrives melted, or melts where I've stored it?

Some of our products are labeled with a melt warning symbol. These products are designed to melt around body temperature. During summer months or in hot climates, it’s possible for these products to melt while in transit. If products with a melt warning arrive melted, we will not be able to replace or refund them, so order at your own risk! To avoid disappointment in hot climates or seasons, we recommend you have them delivered to an address that the package can be handed off, and not left outside in the heat at your door. If melting does happen, in most cases you can simply put the product into the freezer or refrigerator to solidify and though it may not look as pretty, they will still be usable.  Once they’ve arrived, keep meltable products in a cool spot away from direct sunlight.
